Clean Environment: Our Responsibility

I just want to thank everyone who helped to organize the two days seminar about "Our Clean Environment". I personally learned a lot and I believe it is up to each one of us to let others know about the importance of this topic.

Alfred Adler (1870-1935), a Austrian physician, psychologist and the founder of individual psychology, believed that people who are healthy they care about their environment. He spoke of "holism" as the only way for the an individual to be able to live a healthy life (psychically, psychologically, socially, spiritually) . In this holistic view he meant that a a healthy person is able to manage his/her life tasks which are work, love, social relationships, and also respect for the "cosmos."

Living in line with the green environment brings us strength, resiliency, and hope. Environment has its own perfect laws and if we keep respecting those laws we all will be able to live a holistic life. Our choices today are few, we have to either be willing to save our planet or to be in line with those who are destroying it. I am sure many of us care for saving our green life.

May you be always Green!

New Year Resolusion

On the second day of the New Year, in a Rooyesh meeting, we talked about our 2009 resolutions. To reach our goals, we have to be ambitious and start as soon as possible. If we leave today’s work for tomorrow, tomorrow may never come. Your resolution can be helping the environment, becoming more organized, dealing with stress, being more patient or becoming a healthier person. You always have the option of continuing or finishing your resolution from last year. In my opinion, the best aspect of our meeting was that in the end the group has a positive energy and attitude towards the New Year and our new goals. I wish everyone the best of luck and a wonderful year.
